Pisco Sour
This is a traditional drink in Peru, Pisco being produced on the coast near Nazca. Pisco with coke is known as "Peru Libre".
3 fl oz Pisco2 fl oz Lime Juice
1 oz sugar
1 egg white
2 oz crushed ice
dash angostura bitters
Put the ingredients together into a blender and blend until they produce lots of foam. Strain into glasses and add a drop of bitters.
