Useful Phrases

Pronunciation in Peru is easier than Spain for most English speakers, it tends to be pronounced more like you would expect in English – for example, “Gracias” is pronounced “Grassy-ass”, not “Grathy-ass”.
Peruvian Spanish tends to be pronounced more clearly and is easier to understand than Spanish in many other parts of Latin America.
